XV aka Vizzy is one of hip hop's greats that never made it to the mainstream. After signing to Warner which unquestionably shelved him for having a handful of samples on his music, Donovan found himself in a depression; making the production of The Kid with the Green Backpack a difficult process.

However, XV is back in action and has a new album The Dad with the Strapback Dad Hat, and a new book regarding astrology and hip hop that's on the way.
